REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Registration opened on Sunday May 29 at 6:00 AM Central time at Twin City Spin in Minneapolis. The Lucky 50 discount registrations SOLD OUT quickly!

The current dancer rate of $245 is available through December 31, 2023.

REGISTER

There are 2 ways to register for Carolina Twirl

Online (preferred)

Registration for Carolina Twirl is primarily done electronically via the IAGSDC.org website. You will need to create or update your IAGSDC.org member profile first. You will be asked to provide the following fields in your member profile (not all are required).

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Address
  • Gender
  • Dance Program
  • Club Affiliation
  • Allergies
  • Dietary Restrictions

Once your member profile is saved, go to the Event List, locate Carolina Twirl 2024 and click the Register link. Select the Registration Type, Meal Choice, and save your registration.

Fillable PDF Form

If you prefer not to register online, you can complete a fillable PDF form and email it to us instead. Open the PDF, fill out the fields on the form, and save the PDF with your completed information to your device. Send the completed PDF via email to info@carolinatwirl2024.com and then mail a check per the PAYMENT instructions below.

FOR FIRST TIME CONVENTION ATTENDEES

NOTE: This is a special rate subsidized by All Join Hands to encourage first time convention attendees. Please send a letter from your club officer(s) stating this is your first IAGSDC convention. Once All Join Hands verifies that this is your first time attending an IAGSDC convention, we will approve your registration at the discounted $195 rate. Please do not submit payment until verification is completed.

To use PayPal, go to My Registrations on the IAGSDC.org web site. Under your Carolina Twirl 2024 registration, click the PayPal button.

Zelle

To use Zelle, log in to your bank’s website and send payment to payment@carolinatwirl2024.com

CANCELLATIONS

  • Within 24 hours of registrations, full refund
  • Thru 2023-07-05, amount paid less $25
  • Thru 2024-03-31, amount paid less $50
  • After 2024-03-31, no refunds will be issued

If you are not able to attend, please contact us at info@carolinatwirl2024.com so that we can mark your registration accordingly. If you would like to donate your registration to All Join Hands and receive a charitable donation receipt, let us know that as well.

TRANSFERS

You can transfer a registration to another person by notifying us and paying a transfer fee of $25. 
After 2024-05-31, no transfers will be issued.
“Lucky 50” registrations cannot be transferred.

RETURNED PAYMENTS

An administrative fee of $25 will be charged if your payment is returned.
